The Marshall Promise – Terms & Conditions
May 1, 2025
At Marshall Flooring, we take our commitment to customer satisfaction personally. That’s why we back every residential flooring installation with The Marshall Promise: if you don’t love your new floor, we’ll replace it—no excuses. That said, there are a few important terms to understand so we can keep things fair for everyone.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The Marshall Promise applies only to residential flooring installations.
- Claims must be made within 30 calendar days of the original installation date.
The Promise is not valid for:
- Area rugs
- Cash & Carry sales (products taken without installation)
- Commercial or multi-unit projects
Replacement Policy:
- Marshall Flooring will cover labor costs only for the one-time replacement.
- The customer is responsible for all material costs of the replacement floor.
Labor Cost Cap:
- Labor reimbursement for any replacement shall not exceed $10,000 under any circumstance.
Bundled Carpet Pricing:
- For bundled carpet products (which include carpet, cushion, and labor), customers may expect that approximately 65% of the original sticker price will be applied toward the material cost on replacement. This is a general estimate and may vary.
Additional Conditions:
- The Marshall Promise is limited to one replacement per qualifying installation.
- Marshall Flooring reserves the right to inspect the floor and determine eligibility.
- The Marshall Promise is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Marshall Flooring reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Marshall Promise at any time and without prior notice.
We built the Marshall Promise to give our customers peace of mind. It’s not just a policy—it’s our way of saying we’ve got your back.
